ABOUT EMPLOY EX-MILITARY
Bridge the gap and join forces !
My name is Debbie Egan. I have over 20 years professional experience within the Irish Defence Forces.
I set up Employ Ex-Military to assist ex members of the Army, Navy and Air Corps and members who are about to transition from the military to civilian life. Employ Ex-Military was established to assist employers source adaptable and creative staff who are ready and waiting to bring their skills to your business.
I joined the Army in 1997 as a general enlisted recruit. After my initial phase of recruit training I served my career as a paramedic with the Army Medical Corps both at home and on overseas missions abroad. Like all members of the armed forces I am very proud of the skills and life experiences I have gained over the years. While taking part in a skills to work program it became apparent to me how qualified and skilled we are within the defence forces. I realized that civilian organisations and employers are missing out on being able to source these highly qualified and skilled military veterans who are actively seeking employment and new opportunities on discharge from the military.
I hope that we can bridge the gap between the ex-military community and civilian organisations and together we can join forces allowing military veterans transition with ease and grow in their new roles within your company.
